International Community Correctional Association

The International Community Correctional Association (ICCA) is a professional organization that focuses on community corrections, or the supervision and management of offenders outside of traditional incarceration settings. Its mission is to enhance the effectiveness of community corrections by promoting evidence-based practices, providing professional development and training opportunities, and facilitating collaboration among practitioners, policymakers, and researchers. The ICCAs membership includes probation and parole officers, administrators, researchers, academics, and other professionals who work in community corrections and related fields. The organization also advocates for policies and practices that prioritize community safety, offender accountability, and successful reentry into the community.
