County Behavioral Health Directors Association

The County Behavioral Health Directors Association (CBHDA) is a non-profit organization that represents California county behavioral health agencies. Their mission is to support county behavioral health directors in their efforts to provide high-quality mental health and substance use disorder services to their communities. CBHDA advocates for policies and funding that will enhance mental health and substance use disorder services and work towards eliminating stigma associated with these conditions. They also promote innovative and evidence-based practices, as well as provide education and training opportunities to their members. The organization aims to improve access to care and promote recovery and wellness for all individuals with mental health and substance use disorders in California.
