Fair and Just Prosecution (FJP) is a network of elected prosecutors committed to promoting a justice system that is fair, equitable, and just. FJP provides a platform for prosecutors to share ideas, strategies, and best practices that can help reduce mass incarceration, eliminate racial disparities, and address community safety challenges. The organization aims to support a new generation of prosecutors who are committed to meaningful criminal justice reform and to building a more just and equitable society. FJP works with prosecutors, community leaders, and other stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that promote safety, address root causes of crime, and improve outcomes for all people impacted by the justice system.

Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs

The Interagency Working Group on Youth Programs (IWGYP) is a collaborative effort among 12 federal agencies and 13 departments, to coordinate, streamline, and enhance youth-focused initiatives. The group aims to improve outcomes for young people by sharing resources, research, and best practices, identifying service gaps, and promoting effective strategies. IWGYP fosters cross-agency collaboration to address complex issues impacting youth and support their positive development.

Pretrial Justice Institute

The Pretrial Justice Institute (PJI) is a national nonprofit organization that works to advance pretrial justice and eliminate the use of money bail in the United States. PJI provides training, technical assistance, research, and advocacy services to policymakers, practitioners, and community leaders to promote pretrial policies and practices that are fair, effective, and safe. PJI aims to reduce the number of people held in pretrial detention, improve pretrial decision-making, and enhance the quality and availability of pretrial services. PJIs work is informed by data, research, and best practices from across the country and is focused on achieving equity and justice for all individuals.
